1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, dispatch times may be longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within Australia and delivery  times vary depending on your location and courier service.

3. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates.

4. Delays & Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control. Delivery times are estimates only.

5. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with your order details. We will investigate and may arrange a replacement or refund.
