1. Online Store Terms
You must be at least 18 years old  to purchase from us.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Availability
We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
Coffee is a perishable product. Variations in flavour, aroma, and roast profile are natural and not considered defects.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Payment is required at checkout. We accept payments via Shopify Payments, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods offered on our website.
If your payment method fails, we may suspend or cancel your order until payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivery times vary by location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at info@coffeechakra.com.au within 7 days of receipt. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-perishable items (e.g. coffee accessories) may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

6. Subscriptions (if applicable)
Subscription services renew automatically on the schedule you select.
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription by logging into your account or contacting us at least 7 days before your next billing date.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, text, product names, images, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Coffee Chakra.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the purchase price of that product.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
